Pabuji was a hero from the rathore clan of Rajasthan. ਪਾਬੂਜੀ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਠੌਰ ਕਬੀਲੇ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਨਾਇਕ ਸੀ।

They were well known for their bravery, honour, courage and chivalry. ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਹਾਦਰੀ, ਅਣਖ, ਦਲੇਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਹਾਦਰੀ ਲਈ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਸਨ।

One day a marriage of a man named Pabuji was performing. ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਪਾਬੂਜੀ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਆਦਮੀ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।

He had taken four rounds of the holy fire. ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਅਗਨੀ ਦੇ ਚਾਰ ਚੱਕਰ ਲਏ ਸਨ। With a song on their lips theme

Pabuji even did not complete the rest of the rounds. ਪੱਬੂ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਦੇ ਗੇੜੇ ਵੀ ਪੂਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੇ।

He left his marriage incomplete and rushed after the dacoits. ਉਹ ਆਪਣਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਅਧੂਰਾ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਡਾਕੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਭੱਜ ਗਿਆ।

He fought with them bravely. ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬਹਾਦਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਲੜਿਆ।

Thus, he succeeded in getting the cattle back. ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਹ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈਣ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।

But he lost his own life in the attempt. ਪਰ ਇਸ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਗੁਆ ਬੈਠਾ।
